(Q) Do you Bulk Bill?
(A) We bulk bill for services provided to the DVA and HCF ‘More for Teeth' program and children and teenagers eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Scheme. If you have an Oral Health emergency voucher or general treatment voucher, there will be no cost to you either.
(Q) Can I claim dental services on the spot at your Townsville dental clinic if I have dental cover through a private health fund?
(A) Yes. We offer instant claims for private health cover with dental at our clinic.
(Q) Do you offer appointments outside of normal working hours?
(A) Yes. We are open late nights on Thursday. Late night appointments on any day of the week are available if these are booked in advance.
(Q) Can I call your clinic if I have a dental emergency?
(A) Yes. We also offer emergency dental services for dental concerns such as broken teeth, denture repairs, teeth extractions, tooth ache and many other issues.
